Simplist App Privacy Policy

Within this document the term App referes to the Simplist app, and the term Spadeware refers to Spadeware Software, the individual or group responsible for the development of Simplist.
Here we outline what data is collected while you use the App. It may be updated in the future at any time to reflect a change in the App.

Storage of User Data

All information entered by users (e.g the names of list and the items in them) is stored using device storage and is not collected remotely by Spadeware. I.e no user-created data is collected, stored or processed outside of the device it is installed on, nor is any metadata of that information sent to Spadeware.

Advertising

Advertisements may be displayed while using the App in the form of banner ads.
The AdMob SDK (Google Inc.) is used within the app in order to display ads.

• Third party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to our website or other websites.
• Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads based on your visit a site run by Spadeware and/or other sites on the Internet.
• You may opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Ads Settings or http://www.aboutads.info/choices.
• Google AdMob may also serve third party ads. Google maintains a list of third party ad vendors here. You may opt out of the use of cookies of a third party vendor by visiting their website.
